• INFS Basic Nutrition and Fitness Course is designed specifically for the people who either want to start taking care of their own health OR are considering a fitness career.
  

• It is highly recommended for a fitness enthusiast to know how to get results through scientific principles of nutrition and fitness.

• The concepts have been explained at a practical level through fun activity-based tasks that will help you improve your health and quality of life.

• This course has modules that form part of the Diploma in Nutrition and Fitness and also the Certified Nutritionist Course, so you are already on your way to completing the requirements for a professional certification!

• Your learning is completely online and you can even attend Live Lectures virtually conducted by INFS faculty.

• Queries are resolved through discussion forums and answered by the faculty to satisfaction

• If you complete your assessment activities, you will be provided a Certificate towards completion of this course.

The course is divided into 3 modules

• Basics of Food and Nutrition (8 Units)
• Introduction to Exercise Science (6 Units)
• Introduction to Resistance Training (5 Units)
